May at the Medieval Center
Welcome to the Medieval Center, where history comes to life! Our program is packed with fun and educational activities for visitors of all ages.
In May the Medieval Center is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10.00 - 16.00. We have a daily knight’s tournament except on Fridays, and we demonstrate our medieval canons on Saturdays. Please check the daily program on this page.
Besides our daily activities, we have special events programmed for May:
· Tuesday, 2 May: the Medieval Center opens for Season 2023 (come and visit our new shop!).
· 18-21 (Ascension holiday): Learn how paper was made in Europe in the 15th century.
· 27-28: Medieval food theme weekend - facts and myths about food in the Middle Ages.
