Food is a unique way to experience the course of history, especially when you get to experience culinary history first-hand. On this cooking course, you will learn about the evolution of food, how it has changed the world, and how to prepare some signature dishes from different eras yourself.
Polona Janezic from Slovenia is a highly renowned food historian. For many years, she has travelled extensively throughout Europe, delving into the culinary arts of all eras through research, communication and practice. Together with the Medieval Centre’s skilled presenters, Polona will give you an unforgettable culinary experience.
